Matt is a black belt under Valmyr Neto of VN Team and head coach at MD BJJ. Matt has years of experience, whether training to compete or just as a hobbyist you’re not just a student under Matt but you’re apart of the family. Matt is a firm believer that keeping the body moving is the secret to staying young and healthy.
